Be aware that live chat support is only available to registered users of the service and for trial users it is available for one month. If you wish to change to a registered user of SimplyCast, contact us and we can set it up.

If live chat is closed for the day, please fill out the support form with all of the necessary details. We will respond during regular work hours (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST, excluding all major holidays).
