Email Marketing Tutorial

Welcome to SimplyCast's Email Marketing service. In this brief tutorial we will share with you the steps to create an email, the main features of the service and some important questions you may have when using the product. Try out the service for yourself and if you do come across any further questions please feel free to contact us by email, phone or online chat. Steps To Create and Send an Email

Choose the Email Marketing Service from the list of services. To create a new message, click on "Email Campaigns" in the navigation bar. From there the step-by-step wizard will help you create and send your project.

To start, enter the name of your project and click Get Started.

Next, choose a design and layout for your project by selecting New Design. You also have the choice to select one of your previous designs to modify by selecting Previous Design. Each template in the gallery includes a matching header and body which you can customize with formatted text and graphics. Here you can also select to send a text only message.

Choose one of the HTML templates and click "select."

You will be taken to the HTML editor where you will enter your message. Either enter the message directly into the editor or if you have the HTML code to use, click on HTML at the bottom of the editor and paste in the content.

Once the message is entered, click on "Done" to go to the next step.

Now you will see a preview of what your full campaign will look like. You can go back and make changes at any time. Please note, you will not see live mail merge tags until you send out a test mailing.

Next, enter your Subject line and choose the list you are going to mail to. Once you click next on this screen you will be taken to the final sending screen where you can either send right away or schedule a time to send.

After the message has been sent, you can go to the "Reports" section to start tracking results.

The quickest way to start a new email marketing campaign is to click on the Email channel and in the navigation bar, choose "Create New Project."
